Wellness is a threefold way of living, Mind, Body and Soul that can be achieved through proper nourishment and activity. Of course nourishment comes from the food you eat but also, the things you feed your mind, the activities you engage in and the people you engage with (virtually and physically). At various points in life its quite normal to feel stagnant or even altogether stuck.
